Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

For ages 3 and up. Our Kids BJJ program uses an ecological approach to teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, blending technique with values like respect, resilience, and teamwork. Children learn essential skills while growing in confidence and character. Our program supports their development in a fun, engaging environment that promotes natural movement and positive growth.

Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our Adult BJJ program offers both GI and no-GI classes with an ecological approach to training. We focus on natural movement, adaptability, and balance, catering to all skill levels. Whether for self-defense, fitness, or competition, our method integrates technique and body mechanics for effective, holistic development.

Competition BJJ

Striking

Focusing on boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, this class will help you develop solid stand-up techniques, improve your takedown defense, and sharpen your overall striking game. Whether you're looking to enhance your MMA skills or become more comfortable on your feet, our expert instructor will guide you through drills and live sparring to level up your combat sports training. Ages 10+.

Click the link to sign your waiver. Select either the adult or kids trial.

Check our schedule, sign into Gymdesk, and book your first class.

Arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and get a loaner Gi if needed.
